Britain has deployed its fighter jets to Qatar amid Iran-US tensions.
According to foreign media, in the context of increasing tensions in the Middle East, Britain has sent fighter jets from its Royal Air Force (RAF) Giant Typhoon squadron to Qatar.
According to the British Ministry of Defense, Squadron 12, a joint unit of Britain and Qatar, has been deployed to the Gulf for defense responsibilities. The purpose of this aircraft deployment is said to be for defense purposes and to strengthen bilateral defense relations.
